Q. How long are the courses?

A. Most courses can be completed in one full business day. However, depending upon your organization's needs, your training may require an additional day or two.

Q. How many of our organization's representatives can attend a training?

A. We recommend no more than four representatives attend a training session so that everyone can participate in the interviews. However, we will work with your organization to schedule multiple sessions to ensure all the right people are trained.

Q. Where will the training take place?

A. Training can take place at your facility if there is sufficient space, or we can utilize the services of a nearby conference center.

Q. Does Sylvia Media provide follow up support?

A. Your organization will enjoy follow up consultation for a one-year period at no additional charge.
